Les vannes papillon en acier inoxydable sanitaires sont des dispositifs de contrôle de débit à quart de tour conçus pour les lignes de processus hygiéniques. Un disque rotatif ouvre ou ferme le passage du fluide en 90 degrés, permettant une fermeture rapide avec une turbulence minimale et des jambes mortes nulles. Définition et principe de fonctionnement

La conception en ligne médiane positionne le disque à l'axe du tuyau ; une rotation de 90° de la tige fait pivoter le disque parallèlement au flux (ouvert) ou perpendiculairement (fermé). Les configurations excentriques — décalage simple, double ou triple — réduisent l'usure du siège et sont disponibles sur demande.

Construction de la vanne
