Bride Sanitaire Aveugle
The Sanitary Blind Flange is a solid circular disc component used to permanently or temporarily seal the end of a piping system, valve, or pressure vessel nozzle. Unlike other flange types, the blind flange has no through‑bore and blocks fluid flow, making it essential for system isolation, pressure testing, and maintenance shutdowns.
It is bolted to a mating flange with a gasket in between to achieve a leak‑tight seal. Manufactured from SS304 or SS316L stainless steel with a polished finish, this flange is designed for sanitary environments where cleanliness and contamination control are critical. It can also serve as an inspection access point when equipped with a removable structure.
