Sanitary Butt-Weld 45 Degree Elbow

The Sanitary Butt-Weld 45 Degree Elbow is a welded hygienic pipe fitting that redirects process flow at a 45-degree angle using permanently welded butt-weld end connections. Compared to the 90-degree butt-weld elbow, the 45-degree configuration offers a more gradual change in flow direction, resulting in lower pressure drop and reduced turbulence. This makes it particularly suitable for applications handling shear-sensitive or viscous products. Manufactured from high-grade 304 or 316L stainless steel and polished to strict sanitary surface finish requirements, this fitting is used in permanent pipeline installations across food, pharmaceutical, dairy, and chemical processing industries.
