Sanitary U-Type Diaphragm Valve
The U-Type Diaphragm Valve features a straight-through (full-bore) body profile that provides a smooth, unobstructed flow path with minimal pressure drop. Unlike the weir-type design, the U-type body has no raised saddle, allowing viscous, particle-laden, or shear-sensitive media to pass through without restriction. The diaphragm spans the full bore to achieve tight shut-off while maintaining hygienic integrity. It is widely used where low pressure loss and gentle product handling are paramount.
