This stirring hopper is an auxiliary feeding component matched with powder auger filling machines, made entirely of food-grade stainless steel. It is equipped with a top-mounted stirring motor and internal mixing blade. The conical bottom design works together with the agitator to continuously turn over powder materials, effectively preventing bridging, arching and blockage inside the bin, ensuring smooth and consistent powder discharging for stable metering performance. It can be customized in different volumes to pair with semi-automatic and fully automatic powder packaging equipment.

Built-in Anti-Bridging Stirring System
The top driving motor connects with internal stirring blades, performing slow and uniform agitation to break up compacted powder. It solves common problems like material caking, arching and uneven blanking of poor-fluidity powder.
Integrated Sanitary Stainless Steel Structure
The whole hopper adopts seamless SUS304 stainless steel forming, optional mirror finish or satin matte finish. Smooth inner walls have no dead corners for powder residue, meeting food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic GMP hygiene standards.
Detachable Quick-Open Top Cover
The flip-type top cover with fast locks enables convenient feeding and quick access to clean the internal stirring assembly without complex disassembly, reducing cross-contamination risk when switching different materials.
Smooth Conical Discharge Bottom
Steep tapered cone design guides powder to the central outlet naturally, cooperating with the agitator to achieve complete emptying with minimal residual materials after production.
Stable Low-Noise Stirring Motor
Equipped with low-speed high-torque geared stirring motor, running smoothly with slight vibration and low noise. Rotation speed can be adjusted to adapt to light, sticky, fine or coarse powder.

Multiple standard volume options are available, and custom dimensions including cylinder height, cone angle and outlet caliber can be produced to match different dosing heads and production line layouts.
