Square Flange Bolt Connection at Discharge Port

The bottom discharge adopts integrated square flange with reserved bolt holes. It realizes firm, gapless locking installation with metering machine bodies, effectively preventing powder leakage and dust flying during continuous operation. Disassembly and reassembly for cleaning are simple without special quick-clamp fittings.

Seamless Spun Sanitary Structure

The whole hopper is integrally spin-formed with minimal welding seams. Smooth inner wall has no dead corners for powder residue accumulation. Mirror polished or satin matte surface options avoid material adhesion and support fast full sanitization.

Optimized Conical Slope Design

Smooth steep tapered body guides all powder to the bottom outlet naturally, greatly reducing residual material after production and lowering waste of high-cost fine powder. It works well for most free-flowing dry powders.

High Rigidity & Deformation Resistance

Uniform thick stainless steel wall provides strong structural stability. It will not deform under long-term load of stored powder, maintaining consistent installation fit with equipment for long service life.

Easy Cleaning & Maintenance

Large open top enables direct access to the interior for manual wiping and flushing. The simple single-piece structure avoids complicated disassembly steps when switching different raw powder formulas, cutting cross-contamination risks.
