Dit product is ontworpen om te worden ge\u00efnstalleerd op verticale leidingen met een stroomrichting naar beneden om de vrije afvoer van condensaat te garanderen. Stel het thermostatische schijfelement niet bloot aan oververhitting; anders wordt het element beschadigd. Een geschikte stopkraan moet aan zowel de stroomopwaartse als de stroomafwaartse zijde van de stoomafsluiter worden ge\u00efnstalleerd om de veiligheid tijdens onderhoud en vervanging te garanderen.<\/p>\n

Type BTM7 Thermostatische Stoomval is ontworpen om condensaat uit stoomzuiveringssystemen af te voeren. Het is toepasbaar op reactoren, steriliseerapparaten, procesvaten, evenals aftakleidingen van CIP\/SIP-systemen en stoomzuiveringssystemen. De klepbehuizing is gemaakt van 316L roestvrij staal met het binnenoppervlak gepolijst tot 0,6 \u03bcm RA (Roughness Average). Door een zelfdrainend ontwerp aan te nemen, zorgt het ervoor dat er geen condensaatophoping is in de stoomruimte. Het ontwerp met grote opening maakt snelle afvoer van grote hoeveelheden lucht mogelijk, wat een snelle opstart vergemakkelijkt, verstopping voorkomt en continue werking garandeert. Het thermostatische schijfelement heeft een \u201cfail-open\u201d kenmerk, waardoor condensaat tijdig kan worden afgevoerd, zelfs in geval van storing.
