Sanitary Safety Valve
Key Features
- Pressure Protection: Under normal operating conditions, the valve remains closed. When the pressure in the pipeline exceeds the specified level, it opens automatically to allow fluid/gas to pass through, thereby reducing the pressure in the pipeline system.
- Adjustable Setting: The valve can be calibrated to a specific pressure by adjusting the spring with a pressure nut, allowing flexible adaptation to different working conditions.
- Hygienic & Durable: Constructed entirely of 304 or 316L stainless steel, it meets strict sanitary standards and is easy to clean, ensuring no dead corners for contamination.
- Optional Handwheel: Can be equipped with a handwheel to enable partial opening of the valve, facilitating cleaning medium flow during the in-situ cleaning (CIP) process.
- Multiple Connection Options: Available in clamp, thread, welding and flange connections for seamless integration into various pipeline systems.
