Material Thickness: Inner 1.5mm–4mm, outer 1.5mm–3mm; customized based on pressure and volume.
Working Pressure: Inner vessel 0.3MPa (3bar) standard, up to 0.7MPa (7bar) optional; jacket pressure 0.2–0.4MPa.
Temperature Range: ‑20°C to 120°C, suitable for heating, cooling or insulation processes.
Surface Finish: Ra ≤ 0.8μm;
Design Feature: Integrally spin‑formed, seamless construction with no welding marks on the inner tank.
Insulation Performance: Double‑layer air or foam insulation reduces energy loss, maintains constant material temperature.
