Sanitary Butt-Weld 90 Degree Elbow
The Sanitary Butt-Weld 90 Degree Elbow is a permanently welded hygienic pipe fitting designed to change the direction of process flow by 90 degrees. Both ends are prepared as plain butt-weld ends, which are welded directly to the pipeline to form a seamless, leak-free joint. This configuration eliminates external connection components and is preferred in high-pressure, high-temperature, or permanently installed pipeline systems. Manufactured from 304 or 316L stainless steel with a precisely polished internal bore, the butt-weld elbow provides excellent mechanical integrity, high pressure resistance, and full compliance with sanitary standards for food, pharmaceutical, and industrial applications.
