Horizontal Push Plate Metering Mechanism

Large Square Stainless Steel Hopper

Dual Independent Servo Drive System

Two separate servo motors control the push plate metering and auxiliary stirring mechanism respectively. Stepless speed adjustment allows precise control of feeding volume and output speed, delivering stable metering accuracy.

Easy Disassembly & Convenient Cleaning

All material contact components can be quickly detached without special tools. The open square hopper structure enables full access for manual cleaning and residue removal, avoiding cross-contamination when switching different powder formulas.

Sanitary Stainless Steel Construction

All parts touching powder adopt polished SUS304 stainless steel, available in mirror finish or satin matte finish as optional. Smooth surfaces prevent powder adhesion and simplify daily sanitization.

Compact Stable Base Frame

Integrated flat stainless steel base with reserved mounting holes for fixed installation on packaging machines, mixing tanks and production frames. The overall compact layout saves workshop floor space.
