Sanitary Sampling Diaphragm Valve

The Sampling Diaphragm Valve is a compact, hygienic valve designed for aseptic or sanitary sampling of process fluids without interrupting production or compromising product sterility. The valve is typically installed inline on a process pipe or vessel and incorporates a dedicated sample port. The diaphragm mechanism ensures that no contamination is introduced into the process stream during sampling and that the sample collected is representative of the actual process conditions.

Sanitary Sampling Diaphragm Valve

Key Features

  • Dedicated sample port for representative in-process sampling
  • Aseptic design prevents contamination of process stream during sampling
  • Minimal dead volume at sample port ensures accurate, fresh sample collection
  • Diaphragm isolates sample port from process fluid when not in use
  • Can be steam-sterilised between samples to maintain aseptic conditions
  • Optional integral sample valve and sample bottle adapter
  • Compact body for installation in restricted spaces
  • Compliant with FDA standards
