Bimetallgesteuertes Thermostatisches Kondensatableiterventil BTM7

Type BTM7 Thermostatic Steam Trap is designed to discharge condensate from clean steam systems. It is applicable to reactors, sterilizers, process vessels, as well as branch pipes of CIP/SIP systems and clean steam systems. The valve body is made of 316L stainless steel with the internal surface polished to 0.6 μm RA (Roughness Average). Adopting a self-draining design, it ensures no condensate accumulation in the steam space. The large orifice nozzle design enables rapid discharge of large volumes of air, facilitating quick start-up, preventing clogging and ensuring continuous operation. The thermostatic disc element features a “fail-open” characteristic, which allows timely discharge of condensate even in case of malfunction. This product is compact in structure and easy to install.

Installationsanleitung

This product is designed to be installed on vertical pipelines with a downward flow direction to ensure the free discharge of condensate. Do not expose the thermostatic disc element to overheating conditions; otherwise, the element will be damaged. A suitable stop valve should be installed on both the upstream and downstream sides of the steam trap to ensure safety during maintenance and replacement
